Shared only when you choose

We store a report only when you create a guest link, for 90 days. Delete it any time from your owner link. Weather uses your location once, and we do not store it.

Questions and answers

What goes into the site visit report?

The date, visit number, weather and address, a short summary, work in progress, observations, the people and trades on site, and the items that need action pinned on the drawing, with your photos and a sign off line. It follows our own report structure, and you can edit every line.

Is it really free?

Yes. No account, no email and no payment. The PDF download never asks for your email. Each device gets 5 AI drafts a day, and you can always write the report yourself from your notes.

Does the AI write the report for me?

The AI drafts it from your notes and photos. You check every line, fix what is wrong and confirm each part before you make the PDF or the link. The AI does not check building code, accessibility or safety rules.

What do guests see?

Guests open the link in any browser with no account. They see the report, the drawing with the pins and the photos. They can mark an item fixed and reply to it.

What do you store, and for how long?

To draft, we send your notes and resized photos to our AI provider and keep nothing from them. When you create a guest link, we store the report text, the drawing image and the photos you share for 90 days, then delete them. You can delete a report at any time from your owner link.

Does it work without a signal?

Your notes, photos and drawing save on your device as you work. The AI draft and the guest link need a connection. With no signal, tap Write it myself to build the report from your notes, then share it later.

Which drawings can I use?

A PDF up to 25 MB, or a JPG or PNG image. You see one page at a time and can pick the page. Tap the drawing to drop a numbered pin for each note.

Is this the Walkmic app?

No. Walkmic is a field report app for architects, in development for iPad, iPhone and Android. This free tool shows how the app will draft your report. We are building the app to work without a signal and with Apple Pencil markup on iPad.
